how enable intellisense back upwards unity configuration?

i did take @ http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn507436(v=pandp.30).aspx , acted accordingly, no luck.

why vs not pick http://schemas.microsoft.com/practices/2010/unity xml?
