you need token if want connect public instance of orion, such 1 in santander (see this more info on that).

the way works token (you need fiware account, have) using script, , utilize in succesive calls orion api.

bottom line: if want check out orion context broker don't need tokens. set orion vm in cloud (cloud tab in fiware lab, orion-psb-r4.1 image). if want access orion context broker deployed in publicly accesible instance (such 1 in santander) need token.
